This Forum will provide the unique opportunity to hear from some of today’s most extraordinary chefs and find out what it’s really like in their kitchens!
We'll learn about the lives and inspirations of these talented chefs and restaurateurs as they talk candidly about the art, business and politics of food. The panel will share stories, talk about their approach to food and cuisine, and discuss the meaning of food in our lives.

In celebration of Chefs & the Art of Food, we will present a Food Truck Festival outside The Bushnell from 4-8PM on Sat. May 12 featuring local food trucks, music, entertainment and more. Join us!
Expected food trucks include: The Cupcake Brake; Skyscraper Sandwich Truck; Spuds Your Way; Mercado; Bear's Smokehouse BBQ; Chief Brody's Banh Mi; and Savoy. There will also be live music by The Professors of Sweet, Sweet Music (The POSSM) and caricatures by Webz Caricatures.
