Rescheduled date for An Evening with Yo-Yo Ma:
Tuesday, November 9, 2021, LIVE at The Bushnell
Truth, trust, and service: how culture connects us.
In conversation with Jeffrey Brown from the PBS NewsHour, cellist Yo-Yo Ma will explore the role culture can play in helping us to imagine and build a better future, drawing on examples from his own life as a musician and citizen. Yo-Yo’s work is rooted in the belief that at a moment when our world is challenged by the pace of change and the divisions it can create, the values that culture promotes — truth, trust, and service — are essential to our survival.
